If you have decided to build, you have already considered the first step before building, the determination to build. That first step is the most important thing in building, the desire to build. When you are deciding to build, the project has already taken shape in your mind. The next thing to consider is the type of structure you want to build.Frank LaMark It is vital to have a picture of what you intend to build in your mind before proceeding to lay down the necessary foundations of just what it takes to build. These first two steps, intending to build and visualizing the building are the key stones to a successful building.
The next steps are all physical in execution before building. You will need to find the capital to finance your building plans. The usual steps are to physically contact a lender whether that lender is a bank or a family member is not really important, what is important is getting the capital that you will need to build. The next step is to locate a site to build. You will have to find a site by using physical contact with realtors or other means including the local newspapers or other media sources of building lots.
In making plans to build, consider these eight things:

2. type
3. finances
4. location
5. architect
6. environment
7. legal
8. execution
These eight things are very urgent in beginning a building project. If you stop and consider while reading this blog, the building of a new structure is like the start of any venture.
